SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

At Godschild Collection, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

  • Standard processing time: 3–5 business days

  • During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 7 business days

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email and/or text confirmation with tracking information.

We truly appreciate your patience and support as we carefully prepare each order.


Shipping Speed & Delivery Estimates

Shipping speed is calculated at checkout by USPS and reflects the estimated delivery time after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

Please note:

  • Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed

  • Delivery timelines are determined by USPS, not Godschild Collection

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day


My Order Says “Delivered,” But I Haven’t Received It

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by USPS, the package is considered in the carrier’s possession.

If you are unable to locate your package, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location

  • Confirming the shipping address provided at checkout

  • Contacting your local USPS office for further assistance

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Godschild Collection is not liable for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to address errors

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make address changes.


Delivery Failed / Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us by USPS due to an address issue:

  • A refund for the merchandise only will be issued

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If you request reshipment:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply

  • If an item is sold out, a refund will be issued for that item


Why Is My Order Still in “Pre-Shipment”?

Tracking numbers are generated once a shipping label is created. This means your order is in progress and preparing to ship.

It is normal for tracking to remain in “Pre-Shipment” status for several days until USPS scans the package into their system.

Please contact us only if:

  • Your order has exceeded the estimated processing window

  • There has been no tracking movement well beyond the expected timeframe
