Refund Policy
RETURNS
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Items must include original tags and packaging

Items must show no signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
NO DIRECT EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please:

Return the original item for a refund

Place a new order for the desired item
This allows us to process orders quickly and keep inventory accurate.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email GodsChildCollection@Outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with:

Full name and email used at checkout

Reason for return
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
For these cases:

We will cover return shipping

We will issue a full refund or replacement, subject to availability
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked)

Gift cards
DISCOUNT CODES

Only one discount code may be used per order

Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively

Free shipping codes count as a discount and cannot be combined

God’s Child Collection reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or policy abuse.
